Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Free Pickup
For the first 2 returns of a single order, we will arrange for free pickup of the returned items.
Return Procedure

1. Visit our Return Page and enter your Order ID and Phone Number/Email Address.
2. Our customer service team will contact you to schedule a pickup or provide a return shipping label.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product:
1. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
2. Refund amount will include the full product price plus any applicable taxes.
Exceptions
Certain products or orders may not be eligible for returns, including:
